Button in the vitals record allows you to select the pain scale type, each of which will be added to the timeline as they are used
ESAS and Eland tools allow user to upload image chart which can be seen by viewing the record note on the timeline.
Styling for vitals & charts timelines have been updated to fix some overlay issues / spacing / colours
Vital/chart modules that are not selected by the checkboxes will no longer render records on the timeline.
Fixed some bugs for records that were not displaying value 0 for urine dipstix components
