Load a Patient:
Made error messages while loading a patient more explicit to aid the user in completing
Messaging/Notifications:
When Planned Discharge Date is changed add to Paient thread
When Authorisation End Date is changed add to Patient threas
Care Plan Tasks:
New items added to master list of care plan tasks
Update Wording:
MDT changed to IDT
Multidisciplinary Team changed to Interdisciplanary Team
Rehabilitation Plan:
Case Manager notes changed to Case Manager / IDT Summary Notes
Updated into PDF generated
Invoice Summary Screen:
Invoice Report added
