Not finding the patient's address in HealthWare

In this article we are going to demonstrate how to capture addresses correctly into the Healthware system.

When signing into Healthware and entering a new patient's information into the system, particularly when populating the address field, please be aware that the home address section utilizes Google's functionality to validate street addresses. As you begin typing the address, the system will dynamically narrow down relevant options based on your input. From the dropdown list that appears, please select the accurate address entry.

It's important to note that the home address field exclusively accommodates street addresses. In cases where an address cannot be automatically validated, kindly make use of Google's resources to ascertain the correct address before proceeding to input it into Healthware.

Complexes and building details should be entered into the designated "Complex" field.
