Clearing Cache and Cookies

This article provides a step-by-step demonstration of how to clear your cache and cookies:

1. Begin by opening your web browser and identifying the three dots positioned in the upper-right corner.

2. Click on these dots to reveal a menu.

3. Next, locate and click on the "More tools" option from this menu.

4. Upon selecting "More tools," a smaller secondary list will appear. From this list, choose "Clear browsing data."

Once this action is initiated, you will be directed to the subsequent screen.

Within this screen, opt for "All time" from the time range dropdown list. Subsequently, proceed by selecting the last checkbox located below.

Upon completing the aforementioned steps, you can proceed to click on "Clear data."

After the data has been cleared, proceed to refresh your system by clicking on the circular arrow icon located next to the URL bar. Once the system refreshes, you can confirm the successful clearing of your cache and cookies.
