We have added the option to have a Zoom Video call with another user within HealthWare, for now this option is only available between 2 users.
In the chats screen, search another user. The bubble will be brown.
A video icon will appear on the top left next to the users name, click on the video icon to start a video call.
The below error will appear if the user is not logged into HealthWare
The user receiving the call will have this ribbon appear at the top right, with you is calling you and whether you Accept or Reject the call.
Once you accept the call, the session will populate
This screen will appear when you are successfully linked in the video call. You can then select Audio and/or Video at the bottom of the screen.
Please remember to Allow the permissions of Audio / Video
When the call is complete, select the End Call button
