After logging into HealthWare, navigate to the top right corner of the screen. You will find the AI Clinical Bot icon located on the left of the icons next to the notification bell as seen below.
Clicking on this icon will open a floating chat window, which serves as your Clinical Assistant. This interactive tool is available throughout HealthWare, allowing you to engage with it from any page.
The AI Clinical Bot is designed to answer clinical questions, provide guidance on medical best practices, and assist with clinical-related information. Simply type your query into the chat box, and the assistant will generate an accurate response.
This feature enhances productivity by enabling clinicians and healthcare staff to:
- Access relevant clinical information instantly.
- Receive assistance without leaving their current workflow.
- Improve the accuracy and efficiency of patient care.
