Generating a sick note or a consultation record from clinical notes

In this article, we'll explore the process of generating a PDF sick note or consultation record in Healthware.

To begin, users should log into Healthware and navigate to the patient's record for whom they need to generate the sick note or consultation record. They can do this by clicking on the patient's name within the system.

After accessing the patient's record, the user should proceed to click on "clinician notes" to access the specific notes required for generating a PDF sick note or consultation record. These notes contain the relevant information needed for the document.

Upon reaching the "clinician notes" tab, users should open the relevant accordion by clicking on the dropdown arrow next to the discipline. This action will reveal the specific notes associated with that discipline, containing the necessary details for generating the PDF sick note or consultation record.

Once the relevant accordion is opened, users can search for the specific note they wish to generate into a PDF sick note or consultation record. In the top left corner of each note, there is a small PDF icon. Clicking on this icon will prompt the system to provide two options: "generate a sick note" and "generate a consultation record." Users can select the appropriate option based on their needs.

After you make your selection and fill in the required information, the system will generate you a PDF sick note or consultation record.
