Export Multiple Clinical Notes

In this article we will walk you through how to export multiple Clinician Notes

To export your clinician notes in Healthware, open the relevant patient record and navigate to the Clinician Notes tab, and expand the accordion for the discipline you want to export.




In the top-left corner of each clinical note, click the PDF icon to open the available export options:

• Generate Consultation Record
• Generate Sick Note
• Generate Multiple Records

Selecting Generate Consultation Record will create a PDF report containing the details of that specific clinical note






Selecting Generate Sick Note will create a PDF sick note letter that can be printed and signed by the doctor.





Selecting Generate Multiple Records will open a window where you can choose whether to export the notes as Consultation Records or Sick Notes. You can also choose to combine all selected notes into a single PDF file or export them as individual files in a ZIP folder.

Finally, specify the date range for the clinical notes you want to include in the export.




Once you’ve selected your preferred export options and date range, click Generate Records to create the files.
