When logged into Healthware, you will find a circular checkmark icon situated at the lower right-hand corner of your screen.
Upon clicking on that icon, a pop-out screen will be revealed from the right-hand side.
After completing the instruction on the first line, proceed by selecting the appropriate status from the dropdown list. Following this, move on to designate the priority by choosing an option from its dedicated dropdown list.
Once these three fields have been successfully filled out, you can proceed to assign the task to a specific patient. A dropdown list will be available, containing the names of all the patients within the facility.
If the task pertains to a private matter or is intended for the message board, you may indicate this by selecting the appropriate checkboxes.
Following the assignment of the task to the appropriate patient, proceed to designate the task to a specific individual or a particular group responsible for its execution. You can accomplish this by selecting the suitable option from the provided dropdown list.
You have the option to set a due date and time by clicking on the small calendar icon adjacent to the respective field. Additionally, you can input the duration of the task by selecting an appropriate value from the dropdown list in the subsequent field.
In the final field, you have the opportunity to provide supplementary comments. Furthermore, there is an attachment feature that enables you to affix images from your device or capture them using your camera.
you can save the task by selecting the "Save" button located at the lower right-hand corner of the screen.
After the task has been saved, you can monitor its progression by clicking on the suitcase icon situated in the upper right-hand corner.
The task will also get populated into your calendar which is next to the suitcase icon in the upper right hand corner
And it will also go into the patients record
When the assigned individual updates the task, they have the ability to modify the status by selecting any of the available options from the dropdown list. Upon task completion, you can opt to archive it in order to remove it from the active list.
