Guest Authorised Viewer

Only Super Admin has access to create the Guest Authorised Viewer, this is a view only user.

This was created for when an external party requests access to a patients file, with the patients permission.

Under Create User - first select the role type Guest Authorised Viewer

Once that has been selected, the Username and Password fields will auto populate

The bottom field to select a patient will be populate, you are allowed to select multiple admissions.

To create the user the patients permission will need to be attached, it will not save without it.

Click Create User

HealthWare Support will receive the email with the URL and Username to share via email.

The Guest Authorised Viewer created will receive the email with the password separately, for cyber security reasons.
