In the article we are going to cover the H.R Module and all its features and applications.
The HR module is a comprehensive tool designed to track various elements like competencies, CPD events, and training activities for each user. Its primary function is to monitor and manage the completion status of these activities, ensuring all necessary training requirements are met and accurately recorded. Administrators can easily track task completion and identify individuals needing additional support or training.
User profiles now include HR training elements, such as post numbers and job titles. Profiles are set up for different roles within the organization, like ward nurses and nursing managers, facilitating proper training allocation and management.
For example, setting up a ward nurse profile involves defining job type, department, and employment start date. A line manager role is designated for event sign-offs, ensuring oversight and authorization for training activities.
Profiles for nursing managers differ slightly, with job titles, employment start dates, and department assignments reflecting their responsibilities. Group creation organizes users based on roles or responsibilities, streamlining communication and task assignments.
Distinct categories for competencies, training, and CPD events ensure better organization and management. Setting deadlines and planned dates for events allows for effective scheduling and participation planning.
Granting access to reading reports and utilizing messaging chat features enhance communication and accountability. Accessing training materials directly from the task interface facilitates preparation and progress tracking.
The nursing manager's screen provides an overview of facility staff, aiding in managing and coordinating training efforts effectively. Using real names and roles adds authenticity and clarity to the system.
User permissions control access to functionalities, ensuring users only have access to relevant features. Adding new competencies involves navigating to the relevant section, filling in details, and saving the competency for users to complete within a specified timeframe.
