Super Admin & Facility Admin Access

Super Admin is the administrator user of HealthWare across all locatons in the client environment.

Facility Admin is the administrator user of HealthWare for their specific facility.

Admins will have a new icon on the top right menu, this will allow you to switch to the Admin settings.

All User will be able to access their Profile and view their sessions and activities

Once the admin user clicks on the admin settings icon, a pop up will appear

Adding an email address is compulsory for both admin user types

Admin settings have been added attached to each users profile, remember to save any changes made in the Personal section before moving to the Settings.

First click Edit Settings before making any changes

Super Admin can assign and remove Super & Facility Admin Access

Facility Admin can only assign and remove Facility Admin Access

Save when complete

All email addresses added will need to be verified

Click on the exclamation mark

Next Modal will open

A OTP will be sent to the email address indicated for the user to enter into HealthWare for verification

Once sucessful a green tick will appear

Once the email address has been verified the selected users can access Super/Facility Admins settings and all users will be able to reset their own Passwords.
