We have relooked at the volume of notifcations received and adjusted how users will receive these to avoid notifications becoming spam and not being actioned.
Notifications will now be linked to whether you are added as an attending clinician, which groups do you belong to and which clinician columns status was changed on the extensions dashboard.
FYI - Please read the article on how to add and remove yourself to groups
Firstly the Super Admin user would need to assign the groups created to the appropriate columns, this has to be done, otherwise no notifications will be received.
Under the Groups main heading on the Super Admin screen, each group that is linked to the extensions dashboard would need to be linked to an Auth Type = Column on the extensions dashboard
Users belonging to these groups will receive notifications if their group columns status has been changed/updated.
Since the above step has been completed, as a logged in user:
Because I belong to the Social Worker group
And I'm added as an attending clinician on the patients file
When a status is changed in the Social Work column I will receive a notification, if a status were changed in the OT column for the same patients, I would not receive a notification as I do not belong to the OT group.
Please note that these notifications no longer produce messages within the patient thread
